We've known Connor since the day we moved into our property in Essex. He's done a lot of work for us (with Jess behind the scenes sorting all the paperwork and orders), and we go back to him every time because he is professional, friendly, has very competitive prices, and is always available on the phone to answer queries.

If there's a problem he's round in a moment to help you out. We bought our property knowing it needed doing up, but not knowing how much needed doing up! We've caused Connor some headaches with all the surprises and challenges for sure, but his calm and reliable approach has made a stressful time for us a lot easier.

He's fitted a new heating system for us and completely renovated our cloakroom and bathroom for, I would say, an unbeatable price. He had to take the entire bathroom back to brick and get his old man in unexpectedly and suddenly to plaster every inch of every wall from scratch, which put quite some time on the job but Connor stuck at it and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

We'll be using Asa for a new boiler in 2025, plus further new rads. And probably more too! Asa Plumbing is the best in independent, local business; we couldn't recommend more highly.

We were looking for a Gas registered person to service a boiler , we contacted Connor as he had done work for a family member before, with excellent results. Conner arrived on time , and immediately started work , he was very polite, tidy and explained everything he had done.

I had a question after Connor had left which I forgot to ask, and he replied straight away, reassuring me.

Price was great, and gas certificate was produced immediately. We will definitely recommend Connor at ASA . Top marks for customer service .

Connor recently put in a new bathroom for us, we went back to brick and he redid all of the pipe work and bathroom fitting. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Jess is great at communicating and letting us know what days Connor will be with us.

This was a big job and he made the process significantly less stressful even coming to the rescue at 9pm when my husband and I were doing the rip out to sort out a pipe we broke!

Connor could have done the rip out but we decided to do it ourselves to save some pennies! He was great with practical solutions and I would have him back in a heartbeat.

Contacted ASA over a cracked bath waste pipe, which was leaking over the floor. Very prompt response from Jess who arranged for a visit to repair later the same day. Connor did a great job and would definitely recommend.

Connor came around to deal with an emergency at our house involving a leaking pipe which he fixed superbly. A++++ service.
